Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped 1/2, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 tsp white pepper, ground 1 tsp lemon juice

directions

Preheat oven, 350 degrees In medium bowl, combine spinach, artichoke, mozzarella and (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese, white pepper and lemon juice Mix well and spoon mixture into a 1 qt. baking dish. Top with (1/4 cup) parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
