music has evolved into a new digital form. you can now carry hours of music
on media that can fit in your palm. it can be played anywhere on a plethora of
digital gadgets: cell phones, PDAs, portable games and watches. while the digital has
its advantages it probably will not overtake live music and it's thrill of presentation
and the relationships of audience and performer...but improvements on tweaking, toting
and transferring music from one form or place to another will keep music's digital life
turned on.
